Adventurer’s Discovery – Trainer
Supporter

Search your deck for up to 3 Pokemon V, reveal them, and put them into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck.

You may play only 1 Supporter card during your turn.

This is the first time Gengar has been presented as a Darkness card — or any other card type that’s not Psychic, for that matter. This is because the TCG changed Poison-type Pokemon to Darkness cards with the Sword & Shield era. Originally they were Grass cards and were then changed to Psychic cards in the Diamond & Pearl era.

Pokemon Center Jumbo Promo

Also revealed tonight is a new jumbo promo! “Pokerun Channel’s Pikachu & Friends” will be given out at Pokemon Center stores from May 8th to August 7th with the purchase of select TCG products. The card is illustrated by Toki-chan from Pokemon’s “Pokérun” YouTube channel.
