It will cost $24.99. The box is a “repack” product that comes with the three pin blisters from May 2017 that featured Entei, Suicine, and Raikou. They are stacked on top of each other inside the box. So in total you’ll get three pins and nine booster packs: 3x Steam Siege, 3x Evolutions, and 3x Sun & Moon.
