Each Pokemon-V will be featured in five “Starter Set V Decks” that are releasing in Japan on November 29th. The decks will feature 23 unique cards in total, going by the card numbers above. Any new cards should be incorporated into our first Sword & Shield set next February.

Japan’s first Sword & Shield sets will release on December 8th.

So far Pokemon-V just seem to be a rebranding of Pokemon-EX. However, the “V-MAX Pokemon” mechanic has yet to be revealed and likely relates to Pokemon-V. We don’t know anything about it currently.
