Heracross from SM3!

Heracross has been revealed at Japan’s Battle Festa tournaments!

The card is too blurry to make out the effects, but the Ability apparently works like Focus Band from Neo Genesis. We are not sure if the attack allows you to switch your opponent’s Pokemon or if your opponent makes the switch.
