The official Japanese Pokemon Twitter has revealed Noctowl from Blue Impact. Thanks goes to WPM for the translation!

Noctowl – Colorless – HP90
Stage 1 – Evolves from Hoothoot

[C][C] Sky High: 20x damage. Both players reveal their hands. This attack does 20 damage times the number of Item cards in both player’s hands.

[C][C][C] Speed Flight: 70 damage.

Weakness: Lightning (x2)
Resistance: Fighting (-20)
Retreat: 1
