The official Japanese Pokemon Twitter has revealed Mismagius from Red Flash. Thanks goes to Sean T. for the translation!

Mismagius – Psychic – HP90
Stage 1 – Evolves from Misdreavus

Ability: Twisted Spell
Once during your turn (before your attack), when you play this card from your hand to evolve 1 of your Pokemon, you may use this Ability. Your opponent shuffles his or her hand into his or her deck and draws cards equal to the number of his or her remaining Prize cards.

[P][C][C] Deep Curse: 60 damage. Your opponent’s Active Pokemon is now Confused.

Weakness: Darkness (x2)
Resistance: Fighting (-20)
Retreat: 1

Mismagius’ Ability is very similar to N, albeit only affecting your opponent.
