Bunch of XY8 Cards Revealed!
The official Pokemon Card website has revealed several cards from Blue Impact and Red Flash as well as their accompanying decks.

Blue Impact / Red Flash
The most unique card revealed is a brand new Stadium called Parallel City. The card has two different effects – one on the top and one on the bottom. Whichever way you play the card (up or down – the orientation) will determine which of the two effects applies to you and your opponent. There has never been a card like this before, so it’s a new kind of mechanic:

StadiumThe player this side of the card is facing can only have 3 Benched Pokemon.
The player this side of the card is facing’s Fire, Water, and Grass Pokemon’s attacks do 20 less damage.
This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play. If another card with the same name is in play, you can’t play this card.
Clear images of XY8’s Chespin, Quilladin, and the previously hidden Chesnaught have also been revealed, as have new cards for the elemental monkeys:

Basic Pokemon[C] Jab: 10 damage.
[G][C][C] Seed Bomb: 30 damage.

Stage 1 – Evolves from Chespin[G][C] Tackle: 20 damage.
[G][G][C] Pin Missile: 40x damage. Flip 4 coins. This attack does 40 damage times the number of heads.

Panpour – Water – HP60
Basic Pokemon[C] Fury Swipes: 10x damage. Flip 3 coins. This attack does 10 damage times the number of heads.

Stage 1 – Evolves from Bronzor[C][C] Pain Amplifier: Put 3 damage counters on each of your opponent’s Pokemon that already has damage counters on it.
[M][C][C] Knock Away: 70+ damage: Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 20 more damage.

Noivern and Raichu BREAK Decks
Town Map, Judge, Fisherman, and Super Rod will be reprinted in the two decks.
Following the previous partial reveal of Raichu BREAK, Pikachu and Raichu were revealed for the Raichu BREAK deck. A new Stunfisk and Item called Friendly Rescue will also be in the deck.

[C][C] Agility: 10 damage. Flip a coin. If heads, prevent all effects of attack, including damage, done to this Pokemon during your opponent’s next turn.

Stage 1 – Evolves from Pikachu[L][C] Thunder Judgment: Does 50 damage to each of your opponent’s Pokemon-EX (Don’t apply Weakness or Resistance for Benched Pokemon).
[L][C][C] Electric Smash: 70+ damage. Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 20 more damage.

Raichu BREAK – Lightning – HP130
BREAK EvolutionThis Pokemon has the attacks, Abilities, Weakness, Resistance, and Retreat Cost of the Raichu it Break Evolved from.
[L][C][C] Grand Bolt: 170 damage. Discard all Energy attached to this Pokemon.
Stunfisk – Lightning – HP110
Basic Pokemon[L][C] Revenge: 20+ damage. If any of your Pokemon were Knocked Out by damage from an opponent’s attack during his or her last turn, this attack does 80 more damage.
[L][L][C] Thunder Blast: 80 damage. Discard 1 Energy card attached to this Pokemon.
Weakness: Fighting (x2)
Resistance: Metal (-20)

Friendly Rescue – Trainer
ItemBoth players choose 1 Pokemon in their discard pile and put it in their hand. (Your opponent picks first.)
You may play as many Item cards as you like during your turn (before your attack).
And finally, the Noivern line was revealed in full for the Noivern BREAK deck. The deck will also include a new Chatot and a new Item called Reserve Ticket:

Basic Pokemon[C] Mysterious Beam: Flip a coin. If heads, discard an Energy attached to your opponent’s Active Pokemon.
[C][C] Gust: 20 damage.

Stage 1 – Evolves from Noibat[C] Tuning: Shuffle your hand into your deck. Then, draw a number of cards equal to the number of cards in your opponent’s hand.
[P][D][C] Air Slash: 120 damage. Discard an Energy attached to this Pokemon.
Weakness: Fairy (x2)

Noivern BREAK – Dragon – HP130
Break EvolutionThis Pokemon has the attacks, Abilities, Weakness, Resistance, and Retreat Cost of the Noivern it Break Evolved from.
[P][D][C] Synchro Woofer: 70+ damage. If the number of cards in your hand and your opponent’s hands are the same, this attack does 80 more damage.
Chatot – Colorless – HP70
Basic Pokemon[C] Sing: Your opponent’s Active Pokemon is now Asleep.
[C][C] Aerial Ace: 10+ damage. Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 30 more damage.
