Then E-Bay. Check the prices on E-Bay for the cards, and that's around the price to go. If he wants to sell, he could also use Craigslist to sell locally. I don't have much experience with selling things online, but...

Go to Yugico, it's more reliable than E-Bay and Toywiz (Especially more reliable than Toywiz, who suggests that as a pricing guide in general? Yikes.)
