Well the first thing you do is get Yanmega and Staraptor out as fast as possible using things like Sunflora, Bebe's Search, Luxury Ball, etc. Then once Yanmega and Staraptor are both out use Staraptor's Poke Power, Fast Call, to search for a supporter. Search for either Judge or Copycat to get the same amount of cards in your hand as your opponent. You may also do this by using Giratina's Poke Power, Let Loose. Once you have the same amount of cards in your opponents hand feel free to strike their pokemon for 70. If you want to do even more damage attatch Expert belt. If you want your pokemonn to have more health you could use Shaymin Lv.X to give each of your pokemon 40 more HP.
When Yanmega dies you can do a few things. First you can have attatched rescue energy earlier in the game so Yanmega goes right back into your hand! You may also set up another Yanmega using Broken Time Space. Don't forget that you can always search for supporters using Fast Call!
