Worlds 2016 Decks

Hey,
does anyone know approx. when the Decks will be released? I was expecting them in November, but since I just joined the TCG Community this year, I am not familiar with the usual Release Dates. I also couldn't find anything relevant on Google.
I know that each World Champ will get a Deck that will be sold, and i suppose the fourth one is Fan Favourite?

Does anyone know whats the 4th deck? (the non champion one) Hopefully someone knows =)

Last year i read the announcement here on pokebeach, but i cant find the announcement for this year. I'm guessing the announcement came out because i found a site that is selling the 2016 Pokemon World Championships replica decks set of 4.
