Help Will SM6 be Legal for Roanoke Regionals?

I will be going to Roanoke in may for the regional and I think ho-oh/volc/turt would be a good deck with lysandre prism and a few others that we don't know yet.
Only thing is I don't know if they will be legal by then.

Given that it releases on May 4th, and sets become legal on the third Friday of the release month, it will be legal by the 18th.
