Which deck should I run: rampardos or garchomp?
I don't know maybe give us the list first.
garchomp. because you will pretty much atways have a good match up.
You definatly need deck-lists for our help.
I dont know what Ramardos is, so I dont know what it does.
Garchomp is a good card. The problem is that there really isnt any Energy Acceleration for non-Deltas in the format yet. But if you run the right energy(Only the energy needed for you metagame) then you should be able to consistanly win.

Energy Acceleration is when you can attach more than 1 Energy A Turn. Smeargle doesnt do that.
He only needs three frigen energy for an attack...he dosn't need energy accelaration. He needs someone to search the correct energy, so smeargle DP3 is perfect.
