where do I competitive battle?

Sorry for asking such dumb questions but
when competitive battling does the rules of uber pokemon count in ANY battle online? even with friends and wifi and all that?

or is competitive battling only in certain places?

Well it's when you have tournaments and battle with proper rules, so yes without the Ubers and with the clauses and all that. If you want to battle your friend, you can still be competitive though, although you don't have to because it is your friend and you can make up the rules.

If you're new and want to find out stuff you should've compiled all your questions and asked in 1 single thread, not make a new thread for each new query that comes to your mind.

yeah I should've but the questions came into mind like after I get an answer lol
but I'll just write most of the questions here but thanks for the reply. so I'm guessing if I battle online with other people idk then the competitive rules apply?
