Yo, this is the list I've been playing ever since I got back into the TCG a few months ago, and it's been doing pretty well. I wanted to keep it as budget as possible, without using expensive cards such as Shaymin or Lele.

Pokemon:
4x Combee AOR
4x Vespiquen AOR
4x Eevee SUM
4x Flareon PLF
4x Unown AOR
3x Klefki STS
2x Remoraid BKP
1x Octillery BKP
(can sub for 3 shaymin 1 lele or 2 shaymin 2 lele)

Trainers:
4x Professor Sycamore
2x N
2x Lysandre
1x Teammates

4x Acro Bike
4x VS Seeker
4x Ultra Ball
2x Battle Compressor
2x Float Stone
2x Trainers' Mail

Energy:
4x DCE
3x Fire

The Gallade/Maxie's is to help this deck beat dark. Remember in a Vesp/Flareon List the optimal number of pokemon is 28ish and while most of these are your major lines, abig part of why this deck is successful is because you can tech pokemon for a match and if they're not useful you can throw them away to power up bee revenge. Some other possible techs are Mew EX for Glaceon EX, Rotom FAC for Trev, Giratina Promo for Trev and Greninja, Machoke for Trev, AOR Eeveelutions (Jolteon and Vaporeon) for Mega Ray/Yveltal and Volc respectively. Also if you don't have lele/shaymin play Octillery or Oranguru.

Isn't choice band better than silver bangle because it also hits GXS?

this list is old and just complete garbage all around

if you're thinking of running vespiquen in expanded: think again

@TSA123 please elaborate on why that list is garbage
well it's my list

It shouldn't run both Acro Bike and Battle Compressor, first of all. It runs only 2 Battle Compressor when it should run 4. Octillery is just awful in this deck, and Shaymins only go for about 10 now anyway. Doesn't run Special Charge, one of the key cards in the deck.

Not to mention that Night March is infinitely better because it gets Marshadow now, and it hits higher numbers more efficiently than Vespiquen/Flareon.
