Expanded Turbo Toxin (M-Manectric EX / Garbodor / Wobbuffet)

Hi everyone,
I've been a huge fan of Manectric and its mega form since it was released (but not a giant fan) (bad pun...) and would like to give it a try once more. I've created this decklist, but I'm not satisfied with it. I would appreciate it if you could help me.

• 4 VS Seeker
• 3 Ultra Ball
• 3 Trainers' Mail
• 3 Manectric Spirit Link
• 3 Float Stone
• 2 Max Potion
• 2 Enhanced Hammer
• 1 Dowsing Machine
• 3 Silent Lab

Energy

• 6 Lightning Energy
• 4 Psychic Energy

Strategy:

This deck should serve as a counter against Vespiquen thanks to an early ability lock and donk potential while also giving a good matchup against Tina/Toad (the two most popular decks in my area). I couldn't test against Vespiquen properly but I seem to struggle a little against Tina/Toad because if they get a quick item lock, I can't really do much without wasting all my ressources. Please help me, I would really appreciate it! I can't really cut anything, I'd like to keep the Max Potions though because I find them really useful in any M-Manectric deck.

Latios is an interesting tech choice for the Vespiquen matchup, but if you only have one, I don't think you'll start with it or be able to get it to the Active spot often enough whereas a third Trubbish would trade better with Vespiquen and be useful in more than just that matchup. Something to consider. Either way, I think Latios is a cool idea.
