Tournament Promo Cards

Does anybody know what the Promo cards are going to be this year???

I mean for the following tournaments:

Battle Roads Autumn 07-08 = Silver Victory Medal
Cities 07-08 = ???
States 08 = ???
Regionals 08 = ???
Nationals 08 = ???
Battle Roads Spring 08 = ____ Victory Medal

Guesses???
 
I figure its gonna be one of the 3 starters for Cities-States-Nationals. My bet is on Infernape, but it could be any of the three.
 
Well if that's the case, then it becomes...

Cities - Shinx
States - Whatever that Stage 1 is named
Nats - Luxray

Right. And for the States it is going to be Luxio.
 
I don't think anyone (except the powers that be at PUI) knows what the Regionals promo is going to be. It'll probably be a halfway decent rare from one of the DP sets.
 
It would be something from DP (Charizard from DR (Next season became RS-on), Machamp from HL (Next season became HL-on), Exploud EM (Next became DX-on (and everyone predicted EM-on)), last year Blastoise CG (What comes after HP?). It's always the Next begin set or the set after it, and my Bet is that next season will be either PK-on or DP-on, so DP is perfect). Then it will prolly be Luxray, Infernape, Empoleon, Torterra, Dusknoir or Magnezone (last two are bets).
