Alright, so we had 31 people at South Carolina states, which puts us at Top 4. Before Round 1 started, but after registration, another person showed up so that should put us at Top 8 right? I don't understand why we didn't have a Top 8 because we had a Top 4.
 
The number of rounds and Top Cut numbers are finalized once registration ends. What probably happened is everyone that was on time got registered into the tournament. After that the PTO started the event like they are suppose to do then added any late players. Anyone who was late to register should be getting a round 1 loss.~KA
