Looks kosher to me.

You have a higher resolution monitor than was intended for that title banner. The Squirtle and Luvdisc are on their own layer and placed with code-- Looks like the image was told to align to the right. Your title image is tiling under them because your resolution is big. Change the size of your browser window and watch what they do.
 
I have 19'' monitor and I'm using 1280x1024. IF you're using higher, but have 1922 or less, it explains why it's doing that.

When the new layout comes out, the width of the layout at higher resolutions will automatically stop once the banner begins to tile like that.
