This is the description for the Theta Stop. My question is Mega Sceptile EX having same Ancient Trait Theta Stop with this Porygon Z. What happen if M Sceptile EX attack the Pokemon with the Ability I state in Title like Safeguard Sigilyph, Miraculous Scales Beautifly and Rebellious Wave Giratina EX ? Will the attack pass through the ability or stop by ability? Thank you.

Theta Stop specifies "Done to this Pokemon". Safeguard's effect applies to Sigilyph, not M Sceptile EX. As such, Sigilyph/Beautifly would be unaffected by M Sceptile EX's attack
