I ran into a question the other day I needed clarification. The attack Psystrike GX from the Mewtwo GX in the new set Shining Legends stats, "The attacks damage isn't affected by any effects on your opponent's Active Pokemon. (you can't use more than 1 GX attack in a game.)" My question is can this Mewtwo GX's attack hit through Hoopa's ability Scoundrel Guard?
