well i was wondering if you could use dark dragonair then use its poke-power and evolve into darkdragonite then can i use time machine and change it to dragonite ex?

No, Dragonite ex doesnt evolve from dark dragonair.

no u can't do that....
if you use suprise time machine on dragonite d, then you can change it to dragonite ex d since both of their stage 1 are dragonair NOT dark dragonair....
