Discussion Strongest, Most Simple and Quickest Basic Pokémon? (In Standard)

I'm looking for a strong Pokémon that is quick and easy to set up.
So, that's a Pokémon that needs few energy to attack, can get in play quickly and deals big damage!

Any ideas??

Joltik or pumpkaboo would be your best bet... Otherwise you might go with Lucario-EX, if you can manage that and some strong energy you can get by.

Yveltal EX or the Night March Pokemon are your best bets, maybe Seismitoad EX?

Maybe a Zygarde EX/CarBREAK/Regirock EX deck

Latios-EX first attack can be used if you go first and deals 40 damage (50 with FFB, 60 with Muscle Band) with a single Psychic energy.
Lugia-EX can hit almost as hard as Yveltal starting with a single DCE. (same goes for Mewtwo NXD, but that's for Expanded and Legacy only)
