Ruling Status Conditions

Ok so if I have Scrafty active and I use Amoonguss's Ability to make to opponent Poisoned and Confused, and then use Scrafty's Spit Acid attack to make the opponent Burned and flip heads, does the Confused and Poisoned effect get replaced with Paralyzed or is the opponent Poisoned, Burned, and Paralyzed?

Your opponent is poisoned, burned, and paralyzed. Those 3 stack together, much like Beautfily from a previous Platinum set that poisned, burned, and confused your opponent all in one move. The only abilities that canont stack are sleep, paralysis, and confusion and those 3 would replace one another if coming into play.

The easy way to know is if you would have to turn the card a different direction it gets replaced since a card can't face two directions at once.~KA
