What is the question?

The answer? "Can you help w/ my deck?"

^ Lately, I noticed some threads similar to this one popping up in the top slots in this forum, yet this forum is for posts regarding the competitive part of the Pokemon TCG, such as the metagame, decks, combos, strategies, tourney logs, among other things that regard the competitive aspect. But this is NOT the place for threads like this: Threads requesting deck help belong in the Deck Garage...

Anyway, that's just my observation lately in terms of the TCG Competitive Play forum, and now here comes the post's meat:

N7Goku: One of your water energies and Acerola can be replaced by 2 Mallow. Acerola is just not as effective in the main part of this deck compared to big basic decks, where Acerola can be used to get the damage off while not having to wait another turn to evolve again, and who knows if your pokemon will be KO'd at lower max HP(or the amount of HP it can endure at zero damage counters before it gets knocked out) than it would have if before it can do that? Zoroark's Trade ability can be used in tandem w/ Mallow to get 1-2 evos and/or one other thing out w/o risking them going back into deck on turn by means of opposing N(speaking of Mallow, one Super Rod combined w/ a subsequent Mallow followed by one use of Zoroark-GX's Trade ability is as good as a second Rescue Stretcher, imo), and those evos certainly need no more than 6-7 water energies to function w/o going over 60 cards...

Also, flip the quantities of N and Sycamore around: 4 Sycamore is a must in almost every deck, while 3 N is just enough to mess w/ opponent enough to ensure he/she can't get out the cards he/she needs w/o resorting to abilities that allow card drawing...

^ Does the TC agree?
