Ruling Sleeves

Hi everyone,

So I recently got some of these over sleeves that I want to use as a double sleeve for the Groudon sleeves I got from an elite trainer box recently:http://www.amazon.com/KMC-Sleeves-Oversized-Character-Gaurd/dp/B002EVOC7K

They feature a pattern on the edges of the sleeves, and I was wondering if this is allowable or not in official Play! Pokemon events like pre releases and league challenges. I think I might have heard a rule about only solid color/no design and official pokemon sleeves being allowed, and just wanted to confirm this.

As long as all 60 sleeves have the same pattern, the should be fine but always check with your TO or Head Judge as well.

Really? Alright, I'll make sure to check.

I could've sworn when I was skimming through the rulebook on the pokemon website that it said that anything with designs other then ones by official pokemon it isn't allowed. The anime sleeves would be illegal for use. You are allowed to double sleeve as long as the sleeves are identical.
