Ruling sleeping ?

Is it good or bad tp play so many cards and use pokepowers that your opponent almost falls asleep ? (or like get bored)

No game will last that long. You can theoretically use only six Poké-Powers a turn, more if it's an as-often-as-you-like power or you somehow get a second Pokémon in play with a once-per-turn-per-Pokémon power and use that, and if you're taking so long that your opponent gets bored, he's gonna call a judge over and you'll get in trouble for unsportsmanlike conduct or something.
