Do you think Shiftry ex will be a popular pokemon when more LV X pokemon comes out or it will just stay the same like now??

Probably the same, considering the fact that you can't get that many of the L. X's anyway. I'm not sure how you wish to Skill Hack them either.
combine Shiftry with Darkrai Lv.X & it becomes a Beast!!!!!!
