Regal White (Reshiram and Typhlosion Prime) (HS ON)

There probally going to be a load of these once the rotation comes.
I would like some help because I'm finding it hard to get the right consitancy. (Want this deck to be useable in when the rotation happens.)

Pokemon: 20
4- Stantler -UL
3- Reshiram -BW
2-2- Ninetails -Call Of Legends (or HS)
3-3-3- Typhlosion (Prime)-HS

Trainers (Supporters/Stadiums): 23
3- Expert Belt (Going to be replaced because of rotation)
4- Plus Power
4- Bebe's Search (Going to be replced "")
4- Energy Search
4- Pokemon Communication
4- Rare Candy

Energy: 17
17- Fire Energy {R}

Stratgy:
Start with Stantler so I can use its Call for family.
Get Typhosion out as soon as possible and Reshiram.
When those are done get Ninetails out.

-1 Quilava (4 rare candy isnt needed for a 3-3-3 line)
-1 rare candy (3 is fine)
-3 expert belt (may aswell make it rotation on)
-4 bebes search ( same as above)
-3 Energy search ( A bit useless)

+1 energy retrieval (recover Ninetales and Reshiram's energies. Typholsion may not be enough sometimes)
+ 2 Interviewers Questions (Find several energy at once if needed.)
+ 2 Proffesor Oaks new theory (Hand refreshment)
+ 2 proffesor Elms training method ( Get out Ninetales and Typhlosion)
+ 2 Switch (Stantler has 1 retreat cost and if a bad start get out a Typhlosion for a new Reshiram)
+ 2 Seeker ( Pick up Reshirams with damage for new ones.)
+ 2 Proffesor Juniper (Helps set up, can recover discarded energies.)
+1 Junk arm (If anything usefull got discarded via Juniper)

Despite running 4 stantler, you still want _AT LEAST_ 3 Pokemon Collector. You also want _AT LEAST_ 3 Junipers, to abuse discarding energies for Typhlosion. Lastly, you don't need 4 candies for a 3-3-3 typhlosion. You can run 3-2-3 with 2-3 candies, or 4-2-4 with 4 candies, or a 3-3-3 with 2-3 candies. Those would be my suggestions.
