Strategy:

The strategy is to use Raichu Prime (Lv.X) to deal heavy damage on both the opponent's benched and active Pokemon!

Main Damage Dealer:
3-3-1 Raichu Line
Pikachu HGSS03 (3) - It's stats are amazing! Great weakness, great resistance, decent retreat cost with above average HP for a basic! It's move Recharge is flippy, but it creates additional speed for this deck.

Raichu Prime (2) - The star of the deck. It's PokePower compliments it's attack which heavily discards {L}{L}{L}.

Raichu HGSS (1) - The deck's alternative sweeper. It's faster and has an excellent free retreat cost. It also serves as an Umbreon-tech counter.

Raichu Lv. X (1) - Amazing burst damage! It takes a lot to set-up. With the proper tech(s), it will be able to constantly deal heavy damage on both active and bench Pokemon simultaneously.

The Deck Engine:

Rayquaza LA (2) - An amazing tech! Recovers a LOT of energies from the discard pile! Also serves as an early game wall to prevent "donkage". Has a hefty retreat cost of {C}{C}{C}.

Pachirisu CoL (2) - Another amazing tech! Allows an additional {L}{L} per turn. Gives a possibility of a T1 donk (w/ expert belt).

1-1 Staraptor FB Lv.X - There is no real draw power in this deck. This tech gives the user a wide variety of options when it comes to Supporters. This gives flexibility and "something to fall back on" when the cards needed at the right time are not being drawn. May also serve as a counter against {F} decks.

1-1 Bronzong SF - Great energy accelerator! This tech powers up both Pachirisu and Raichu Lv. X (discard {L}{L} from hand). I would say that this and Rayquaza LA are the core of the deck.

Pros:
  • Heavy damage on both active and bench
  • EXTREMELY fun to play
Cons:
  • Tight bench space
  • Very techy
  • Very flippy
  • Draw power is almost nonexistent

In the cons it pretty much tells you its not very good to slow if u really want it try hgss and run pretty much just run like pont jude copycat petm and things like that
