Ruling Question regarding Metagross SV and Pichu HGSS

Similiar to my earlier question, what happens if:
I have Metagross SV on my bench.
I use Skarmory FB's attack Silver Feather.
-Next turn-
My opponent uses Pichu HGSS's attack Playground.
My opponent gets out a pokemon with 40 or less HP.

What would happen?

Same thing as before (nothing happens). Playground brings the Pokemon straight to the Bench.

To activate Silver Feather, the Pokemon has to be played directly from the hand.
