PTCGO Question

Whenever I try to open PTCGO, it keeps loading, then closing, then the refresher opens, then it closes, and it just loops. What's the problem and what can I do to help it?

It happened to me too, I uninstalled and reinstalled

I did that too, but now it's just called CakeRefresher

Try a different computer.

You should delete completely the program from your computer, not just uninstall it, and then re-install it from the main site.

After completely deleting the program from your computer (this means deleting leftover files in your AppData and removing old registry keys via defragging), reinstall the program to a new location. DO NOT install the program back to the old location. This way, you should have no problems with leftover files and should be able to start normally.
