PTCGO keeps crashing; Need help

hi everyone,

i need help, since last week the game crashes suddenly ... it always ran fine but ...
i thought since my computer has so much crap on int im gonna format the pc, did last night.
installed ptcgo and ... it worked, great closed the game, went to sleep...
nowx 5 mins ago i want to start the game again and boom same crash ((
i emailed the support but , well after a week still in 'open' status
maybe someone can help me?! this is what the crash report gives;

tried unistalling and reinstalling but ... doesnt work

The client has consistently crashed with my computer everytime, too, this is a pretty big problem, and its one of the reasons I use PlayTCG instead. Still, PlayTCG asks for contact info like your Country, State/Province and Zip Code, so that's rather suspicious.

Try running it as an administrator. You'd have to right click the program then choose Run as Administrator from the menu.

How exactly does running PTCGO as administrator keep it from crashing and having increasing memory leaking issues when open for long periods of time?

Running in administrator can affect the rights it has on the computer. Some programs also just need to be shut down periodically. ( for example browsers)
