Why only normal members and why not everyone? The way I see it is everyone has stars or no stars and it is kind of unfair to everyone else. That is just the way I see it that's all.

It's not unfair, it's well deserved. Moderators and supermoderators earned their positions. They should be given stars to show that. If regular members want stars and a higher position, then they should be a model member.
