Strategy:

This deck is meant to be a Groudon deck that disrupts your opponent at the same time. Try to start out with Wobbuffet if possible, and use Float Stone when necessary to get the ability lock up. Parallel City should help with the Rayquaza match-up, and Primal Groudon's high HP should help against Mewtwo match-ups. Mega Mewtwo Y is forced to have 4 energy on itself to one shot Groudon, and you can use the Hammers to slowdown Mewtwo and Gardevoir decks so you can come out on top in the late game. Always be sure to Lysandre or Pokémon Catcher big targets. Only use them when necessary and if you know you will be able to knock out that target, which in most cases, you will be able to. Hex Maniac should help against Giratina decks. Make sure you always have a stadium or means of getting a stadium when you are chasing after a knockout because you don't want to dig yourself into a hole once you figure out that you can't one shot an opponent's EX. Additionally, don't be afraid to sacrifice your Wobbuffets just for more time. Unless it would be your opponent's last prize card, Wobbuffet should be sacrificed instead of having Groudon take a hit. This would ensure that your opponent must do 240 damage or more the next turn or risk trying to chunk you down. If they do try to chunk down Groudon, don't be afraid to show how much they can get punished for it. Lysandre up their important EXs and unleash the volcano.

Overall, play cautiously and disrupt your opponent as you see fit.
