Oh gee, Lucario is special because he understands human speech. Now how can every other Pokémon respond to a trainer when he/she calls an attack?[/o.o]

In the same way trained dogs respond when you go 'Sit!' It's based on that.

To add on with Fissure, if you fall into a giant hole and is trapped in it, how do you come out?

Then explain the wild Pokémon, or the newly caught ones. Were they all trained? Some Pokémon don't even have ears to hear the attack commands. Others are too dumb to understand hand gestures and language.[/O.O]

It is instinct. :)

Also, how can Pokemon make eggs so fast?
I got 2 in 1 minute 30 seconds!

It's just what the concept of Pokemon training is based on.

Pokeball magic

Maybe this one was already on here somewhere, but:

When A has Arceus, and battles B, who also has Arceus, how does that work? There's only 1, right?
meh.
Not very plotholy... :/

Maybe it is like the Celebi thing in Pokemon 4ever where there are several of the legendary Pokemon so if one dies, then another one can take its place.
Or maybe the person you are battling came from a different dimension where there is another Arceus.

Nidoking/Nidoqueen/Rhydon/Rhyperior + Surf = Bai!

=your drown in the ocean and never get to complete you Pokemon journey. Isn't that just fantastic?!

10 year old children going off on dangerous adventures.

Parents never questioning why they even do so.

^^ I always imagined as it just hitting you at a diagonal angle, incredibly fast, creating a slash. Thats just me lol. Magnemite/Ton/Zone levitating on the ground, w/ no levitate ability...stupid stupid...
