I'm slowin going to try and build up to a 100 pokedex. Keep in mind, I haven't looked at any of the sites where people post there own ideas, so if I overlap, show me a link and I will gladly change them.

Before anyone says anything, I am the same guy who posted this in the gym.

Vineswine Lv 10 Hp 90 [G]
Basic

Pokebody: Weak Start
When Vineswine enters play, place 5 damage counters on it. At ant time beteen turns, remove 1 damage counter from Vineswine.

Remove 1 damage counter from Vineswine. This attack costs [C] less if Vineswine has 70 or more remaining hp.

[G][G][C] Energy Ball 10+
This attack does 10 damage plus 20 more for each [G] energy attached to Vineswine, but not used to pay its cost. You can't add more than 40 damage this way. This attack costs [C] less if Vineswine has no damage counters on it.

This attack does 20 damage to Photapig. If Photapig takes no damage from this attack, this attack does an additional 30 damage to the defending pokemon and flip a coin. If heads, that pokemon is now paralized.

As long as Treboarus has more remaining hp than the defending pokemon, prevent all effects of attacks, excluding damage, done to it. Also, no attacks can damage or place damage counters may be placed on your benched pokemon. Ignore this pokebody if Treboarus isn't your active pokemon.

Increase the damage any pokemon recieves from a burn by 10. Any pokemon with a burn does 10 less damage with its attacks.

The defending pokemon is now burned. Place 1 counter on one of your opponents pokemon. If that pokemon becomes active, it is now burned. Remove the counter after the second turn after this has passed.

The defending pokemon's hp is now 60.

Flip a coin, if heads, the defending pokemon is paralized and flip a second coin. If that coin is heads, the defending pokemon is asleep instead.

If the defending pokemon is asleep because of Brutal Cold, the defending pokemon is knocked out.

A pokemon with an "Ice Venom" counter on it is automatically poisoned while it is active if its opponent's active pokemon is a [W] pokemon with a [M] weakness. No more than 1 "Ice Venom" counter may be on the same pokemon.

[P][P] Deep Sleep
The defending pokemon is now asleep. It only flips to see if it is awake when your opponent's turn is next.

[P][D][C] Last Nightmare
This attack does nothing if the defending pokemon is not asleep. Place 3 "Nightmare Counters" on the defending pokemon. Each time that pokemon flips tails for sleep, remove a "Nightmare Counter" from the pokemon. If the last "Nightmare Counter" is removed from the pokemon, that pokemon recieves 150 damage, and is now awake. If the condition "sleep" is removed from that pokemon at any time, remove all "Nightmare Counters" from the pokemon, but do not inflact any damage to it.

When Shinosect would be attacked, flip 2 coins. If the first coin is heads, prevent all effects of attacks, excluding damage, done to Shinosect. If the second coin is heads, prevent all damage done to Shinosect.

If you payed Shinosect from your hand do evolve Scyther, you may also do 50 damage to one of your oppoenents benched pokemon.

If Shinosect has any special [D] energy attached, this attack does 40 damage plus 40 more.

Count the number of cards remaining in your opponents deck. If the number remaining is less than the number of damage counters it would require to knock out the defending pokemon, the defending pokemon and all cards attached to it are shuffled back into the opponents deck (even if it is knocked out. You still take a prize card if it was.)

[D][D][C][C][C] Painful Culmination 100
If Calamisol has 50 or less remaining hp, ignore all [C] in this card's attack cost. This attack cannot be used next turn.

Discard all energy from Konducto. Remove all damage counters from all Kricketot, Kricketune, and Konducto you have in play. Distribute those damage counters evenly among your opponents pokemon (IE: If a damage counter has been placed on a pokemon this way, another cannot be placed until all of your opponents have had one placed this way.)

Pokedex entry: It was once beleived Sanmancer was related to the pokemon species "Flygon" and "Garchomp", but those ties have long since been broken. It is quite powerful, and able to change the weather; it stands well among its legendary brothers and sisters.

Pokepower: Sand Pillar
You may use this pokepower onlt during a sandstorm. Place 2 damage counters on one pokemon that isn't a [F] or [M] type. Using this power ends your turn.

Pokebody: Sand Illusion
While Sanmancer is your active pokemon, and the weather is a sandstorm, your opponent must flip a coin when attacking with a non [F] or [M] pokemon. If the result is tails, the attack fails.

Pokebody: Duel Type
This pokemon is also a [F] pokemon for all attacks, pokepowers, pokebodies, or other effects that are dependent on a sandstorm, including the weather effect sandstorm itself.

Flip a coin, if heads, this attack does 30 damage plus 20 more damage and the defending pokemon is stunned. If any [F] energy is used to pay for this attack, you may treat Sanmancer as a [F] pokemon during the attack step only.

Reference Condition: Stun
Defending pokemon may still attack or retreat, but when doing so, it must flip a coin. If tails, it fails to do so (you do not have to discard any energy to retreat). The pokemon recovers from stun at the end of a turn in which it either flips heads for attacking or retreating (though benching the pokemon ends the effect anyways) or the pokemon does not attempt an action at all (the pokemon takes this time to gather itself).

Weather effect: Sandstorm
Each player's active pokemon, excluding [F] and [M] pokemon have 1 damage counter placed on them between turns. Discard all other weather effects when this effect comes into play. If another weather effect comes into play, discard this one. It is highly recommended that players bring something (even just a slip of paper saying "Sandstorm") to track weather effects. Judges should also come prepared with reference cards, just in case.
