Holding off the fiery phoenix itself in a fairly close battle, this week's winning Community Decklist was Darkrai/Landorus EX, a deck that revolves around using Landorus EX to attack early in the game and overwhelm the opponent while having Darkrai EX around for consistent damage as well. The deck revolves around these Big Basics and with cards like Sableye and Dark Patch, it can setup with relative ease and consistency. The deck can also play a variety of other Basic attackers as well for a little creativity. Darkrai/Landorus EX has won a few Cities after they started a couple weeks ago.

Well, I'll start of easy. Main stuff first, techs/extra cards later.

+3 Darkrai EX

It's a Darkrai deck, so you kind of need the Darkrai to make it work :p. 3 is an optimal number because you don't have to worry about discarding one or having one prized over the course of the game. Since this deck can't function at all without Darkrai, it's too big of a risk to run 2 Darkrai and pray you never prize one (or or have both knocked out, for that matter).

+3 Landorus EX one of the main points of the deck and a good early game attacker.

Ninja'd? I can only add two because of the post above.

+3 Pokemon Catcher: Pretty self-explanatory if you're familiar with the card. The ability to decide which of your opponent's Pokemon you want to attack is simply amazing.

+1 Juniper
+1 N (NV 101)
+1 Dark Patch
Supporters are pretty good.
T3 Darkrais are nice and all, but I'd rather have T2 Darkrais, or potentially T1. Dark Patch is a staple.

+3 Ultra Ball: Probably the all around best Pokemon search card in the format currently. It's important to be able to find the attacking/support Pokemon you need throughout the entire game, and the discarding effect can be helpful as well. Being able to put cards like Dark Energy in your discard pile in order to use Dark Patch is great, or you can just toss cards you won't need for the later game. It'll rarely hurt you, especially when you have Sableye's Junk Hunt to retrieve discarded items.

-2 Terrakion
+1 KeldeoEX

LandorusEX can handle DarkraiEX on it's own with virtually no problems, and KeldeoEX is great for getting a DarkraiEX to your bench to use Dark Patch, along with the fact it can be a great surprise attacker against LandorusEX.
