Hey there, just recently got back into TCG after awhile and started working on a couple decks, my main one right now though is Pikachu EX, just because it reminds me of one of my main decks awhile back. I thought I'd post it in here in hopes to get some feedback because it's far from refined and having some others look at it would be fairly helpful.

Pokemon: 13
Pikachi EX (Overspark) - 4
Shaymin EX - 1
Raikou - 1

Magnemite - 3
Magneton - 1
Magnezone - 3

Trainers: 37
Professor Sycamore - 3
Skyla - 3
N - 3
Brocks Grit - 1
Lysandre - 1

VS Seeker - 2
Nest Ball - 2
Ultra Ball - 3
Rare Candy - 4
Max Potion - 2
Enhanced Hammer - 2
Professor's Letter - 2
Energy Retrieval - 2
Energy Recycler - 1
Fury Fighting Belt - 3
Float Stone - 1

Faded Town - 2

Energy: 10
Lighting Energy - 10

----------------

So if anyone has any suggestions or thoughts, I'd love to see them. Pretty open to anything even if it comes to re hauling the deck. Thanks!

I agree drawpower is a problem in this build. Here's what I would change:
-2 Pikachu EX (Mega Thunderbolt)
+2 Pikachu EX (Overspark) (Many mega pokemon as well as basic EX with fighting fury belt dominate the format. Thus this Pikachu is better
-2 Skyla
-1 Tierno
+3N
-2 Rough seas
+2 Faded Town( This means your Overspark Pikachu EX will need 4 not 5 to KO mega Pokemon like Mega Scizor)
-1 Zorua
-1 Zoroark
-1 Super Rod
+3 VS Seekers
-1 Max Potion
+1 Fighting Fury Belt

Hope it helped!

Thanks for the feedback, I'll probs see how I like the changes, and yeah I agree I like Pikachu (Overspark) better in a lot of cases. I'll let you know, yet again thanks!

So I went ahead and changed/tested out the modified deck and yeah I already like it a lot better, pretty consistent, can get out the Magnezone out second turn at least most of the time. I really like switching in the Pikachu (Overbolt) in, especially since I went against some Mega decks using the combo with that and Faded town.

I went ahead and took out the Zoroark, just wasn't working out as I wanted to, especially running only 1-1. I put in the enhanced hammers though since special energy is always pretty popular.

I went ahead and made the simple change of switching out Level Ball for Nest Ball as well.

Now my only concern with the deck is now that I don't have Zoroark in here, I feel like going against lockdown/special condition decks will be rough. Like decks that like to paralyze you every turn or something. I was thinking something like putting maybe 1-2 Pokemon Rangers in, they'd either have to replace the hammers or max potions though.

Also @Gandalf121504 , only reason I didn't that VS Seeker is because both online and irl, I only have 2 unfort. But I went ahead and kept the 3rd skyla in there which tends to work fine. I would like to see how it works out though (too bad VS Seekers are insanely valuable for a basic trainer). Anyways yet again, thanks for the suggestions, really helped out a lot, feeling a lot better about the build for sure.

Yet again if anyone has any suggestions to the deck, any feedback is greatly appreciated, thanks!
