So as goofy as it sounds, how about patchirisu donk? If you go first you can get 50 plus any crobats you draw into. If you go second you can expert belt, drop crobats and plus-powers. Maybe include some magnizone primes for late game.
 
is viable, but if you dont donk, then you pretty much lose.
pachirisu is only good for one shot

It might work, but here is a reason why it might not:

1. Pachirisu's power only works when you put Pachirisu on your Bench.

So if you want this to work out well, you will need to have a starter with 0 or 1 retreat cost, an Unown Q if your starter has a 1 retreat cost, a Pachirisu in hand and two lightning energy in hand. Quite a set-up. Ideally, you would only be able to have 3 other extra damaging cards, unless you get Unown R or something that will let you draw more
 
I was thinking along the lines of Zekrom/Torneros donk.

You need 3 Energy cards and 1 Collector in hand, with preferably a free retreat Active. Use Collector to get Pachirisu, Shaymin UL and Zekrom/Torneros, play them on the bench and you can do 120/80 on T1.
 
Just zekrom/pachi and shaymin is more effective, you automatically put 2 on pachi then switch to zekrom for the tko, tornero's seems like a waste of a turn to attack to draw up one energy when you could just play an IQ and nuke with zekrom. cya
