Help Pack pulls (or lack thereof)

Hey guys,

Fairly new to Pokemon TCG, bought an Elite Trainer box and 11 extra packs - so 19 packs total of Ultra Prism.

I got one GX card (Dialga) and zero Cynthia, which I wanted to upgrade my Mach Strike deck.

Put the pack codes into Pokemon TCG Online and still only got one GX (Silvally) and still zero Cynthia.

Is this fairly normal or did I just get extremely bad luck?
 
Well, that sounds fairly unlucky. I've heard bad things about the recent sets and their pull rates, though, so it might not be as unlucky as with other sets. I know that, during Christmas, between PTCGO and real life I opened 30 packs and got absolutely nothing, so it seems like these bad luck streaks aren't that uncommon.
