so aside from pokemon itself only other really creditable source would be the various distributors.
don't know about Guardians Rising status but about mid march my store heard from our distributor that Ultra Prism was out (short print run as you mentioned) we haven't been able to get any in since then, and from what I'm hearing Forbidden Light is a short run as well.
bit odd but I'm guessing they overprinted the first 4 sets of SM block and may have over corrected from some of the underperforming sets.
I'm hoping we see them doing extra runs at a later time like they did with Roaring Skies (least for Ultra Prism and Forbidden Light)
