Ruling Oran Berry

If lets say my Dark Steelix has 10HP left, and Oran Berry attached to it,
will it get knocked out by an attack of 20? If yes, WHY?

if you'd use the Berry, YES, if you dont use the Berry, NO (this means before he attacks/after your turn)

It'll get knocked out because Oran Berry's effect takes place in between turns, and the 20 damage takes place during the defending trainer's turn. So Dark Steelix will be knocked out. Sorry.
