The Pokémon Company released a new Pokémon game for iOS called Camp Pokémon. It's a series of mini-games aimed at children ages 6-8. Here is a link to a story about it, MacRumors story, which also includes the official video introduction for it. Hopefully this, along with TCGOnline, coming out from TCPi means that they will continue to release more stuff along the way.

Any word of a Android version because im getting tired of things being iOS only. =/

It doesn't seem like you are missing out on much unless they have a reward system that gives you stuff in ORAS.

Nope, between this, TCGO, and the $24 Pokedex, it's all iOS-exclusive. One day? :(

So yeah, this is basically the first thing specially made for mobile by Nintendo/Pokemon. It definitely looks like a phone game-thing, haha.

From what I've seen in the trailer, this looks like a cute little app. While it's obviously made for young children, it can teach them to identify various Pokemon, learn type matchups, and more. Especiall with the main games becoming more complex (not heavily so, but there's a lot more strategy you can invoke now), this looks to be a good tool for young Trainers starting their careers.

It's also godo to see tPCI brancing out to tablets with both this and PTCGO. Applications like these can excite people about the series, who might not have been drawn in if every Pokemon product was exclusive to Nintendo systems. On that note though, something like this can definiately get more kids interested in the main series.

It's just a tool to suck the mobile kids into the world of Pokémon.
