Hey everyone! I'm on the shining legends hype train like everyone else but am a low budget collector. Shoupd i buy the Ho-oh premium collection or the ETB? I want the Ho-oh as its promos might be more expensive to trade for than the etb Ho-oh promo.Do you guys agree? I can only get one though so I need help!
