The goal is to use drapions four energy psychic move to paralyze and poison the opponent. Then use dragalges ability that makes the opponent unable to retreat. Any suggestions?

Drop Dragalge. If they're paralyzed, they can't retreat goofball :p. Drop Cynthia for either Colress or Sycamore. Colress is much stronger than Cynthia in what it does, and Sycamore lowers the odds of you dead-drawing by not putting clump back into your deck. You also don't need Wally. It takes much longer to attach Energy than to evolve, so there's no reason to try to evolve faster. With no Energy, you won't survive any longer, and it uses your supporter for the turn. Go up to 4 VS Seeker, just because the card is so good, you don't want to miss out on drawing them. You might want to play more Sea of Nothingness to help you win the stadium war and ensure as much as possible that your opponent can't evolve out of special conditions. And may I ask what Skyla is for? It seems like a weak card when you could draw into your stuff with Colress, N, or Sycamore. Another suggestion is Hex Maniac. With VS Seeker, you can stream this to keep your opponent from attacking, retreating, or using any abilities. At the very least, it's worth testing out. And last but not least is an Ace Spec. Your deck doesn't have one. Even if you can't afford Computer Search or Dowsing Machine, Scramble Switch and Rock Guard are solid options for Drapion in what they do. You should check them out and see if they help your deck!
