I don't know if anyone is gonna sue me for advertising (wait, I don't care, cuz you asked for it) but try collectorscache.com, you can order booster packs, theme decks and booster boxes there. For offline shops, I don't know much, I live in the Netherlands so we don't have the same shops as USA.
