Simply because it is an Incubus, yes I like to think it can. :) I suppose because of the word desire is a part of the name I included it.
It's a move no one would use anyways.

I was actually just making the point because it's Jirachi's signature move.
Usually when a legendary has a signature attack, no other Pokemon can learn it. Cool how it has it, though!

Haha, I know why you brought it up. But I figure Roar of Time is Dialgas signature move, but we see that's no longer the case.

Sorry to go off-topic, but what pokemon can also learn Roar of time?

Also, nice pokemon! I like the name. You got some great drawing skills.

Bug/Psychic
Classification: Silk Spinning Pokemon

It concentrates heavily on its Psychic ability. So hard it creates appendages to utilize and manipulate obstacles. It often creates silk homes and other foundations simply by using its mind.

Haven't gone too far in depth with him just yet.
 
I actually really like the look of these. I would suggest you rub out the pencil lines just so it comes to a better finish.

Do you plan on drawing these digitally? If not I'd recommend getting some proper colouring supplies and scanning them in for better quality. Your lines look very good.

Thanks, glad to see you like them. Unfortunately as of now I'm deployed so these are simply sketches that have been colored by Crayola Color pencils since I have no way of getting supplies easily. However once I get home, I'm planning on actually getting down and dirty and get the proper supplies since I have no idea how to draw digitally.
