Ruling mime question

i got suddenly confused while playing with my cursegar vs my shiftry *played with my friend*

can mime still block seal off assuming shiftry has 1 DCE and 1 dark attached to it. ??

and can it block conform assuming i have 3 dark attached to it?

Without Mime Jr underneath it, Mime can only stop damage from attacks. If Mime Jr is underneath it will block Seal Off completely; if not it will just block damage. Either way the attack will not do damage in this case, as all effects are checked for before placing damage.

It won't block Conform if Shiftry has 3 Dark on it; Mime checks for energies on the Pokemon, not the attack cost.
