i think you gotta upload it to a host....ie. image shack or photobucket.
but i think you can try to put it straight from your com.

Nope, you can't. Go to Photobucket [http://www.photobucket.com] or Imageshack [http://imageshack.us], upload the file from your computer there, then use the

I prefer ImageShack. Photobucket requires that you give your name, zip code, SSN (just kidding!), and lots of other private information. I am extremely wary of online services that require filling out that kind of information.

For FireFox users, there is a handy extension called ImageBot. It allows you to manage pictures for both ImageShack and PhotoBucket accounts.
