So, I was brainstorming deck ideas, and came up with this.

POKEMON - 13
3x Tyranitar-EX AO
3x M Tyranitar-EX AO
3x Drampa-GX GuR
2x Tauros-GX SM
2x Yveltal SS

TRAINERS - 31
VS Seeker x4
Fresh Water Set x2
Shrine Of Memories x2
Ultra Ball x4
Max Elixir x4
Special Charge x2
Choice Band x4
Acro Bike x1

Professor Kukui x2
Professor Sycamore x2
Lysandre x2
N x2

ENERGY - 16
DCE x4
Darkness x12

Idea: Get damage counters onto Tauros and Drampa using Tyranitar's Break Ground, then come in and use Berserk or Mad Bull.

I like so much your idea, but I have some questions (maybe because I am not get used to deck design as I was many years ago since I started play again pokemon tcg after a long pause)
How about rainbow energy?
Why you don't put in there any spirit link?
And also I think fighting fury belt would works great here

So I'll play something like that

Pokemon 10
3-3 M Tyranitar
2 Drampa Gx
2 Tauros Gx

Supporter 9
4 professor sycamore
3 N
2 Lysandre

Trainer 26
4 ultra ball
3 mega ball
3 float stone
3 tyranitar spirit link
4 trainer mail
3 fighting fury belt
3 special charge
3 shrine of memories

Energy 15
4 DCE
4 Rainbow
7 Dark energy

I'm also a huge M Ttar EX fan. I'd suggest you checkout the new, soon to be release, Tapu Koko (non-GX) (http://www.pokebeach.com/2017/05/tapu-koko-figure-collection-product-photos). This is a L-type, free-retreating, 110 HP Basic that has an attack (for CC energy cost) that will inflict 20 damage onto ALL opponent's Pokémon. IMO, this is a great starter for my M Tyranitar EXs. I plan to start testing the following core deck:

1-2 Darkrai EX / Drampa GX / Tauros GX / Yveltal EX
4 Tapu Koko (non-GX)
4 Tyranitar EX
3 M Tyranitar
2 Tapu Lele GX
2 Yveltal (Oblivion Wing)
1 Yveltal (Fright Night)

2 Ace Trainer - I expect to sacrifice the first 1-2 Tapu Koko to setup my opponent's field for subsequent 1HKOs. Ace Trainer will disrupt my opponent's hand
2-3 Altar of the Moone - provides free/reduced retreat for my Pokémon
1-2 Field Blower - to remove opponent's Tool(s) and/or Stadium
2 Lysandre
2 N
1 Professor Kukui - supplemental card-draw support (may not ever need the damage boost)
4 Professor Sycamore
1-2 Special Charge
4 Ultra Ball
4 VS Seeker

Note that, IMO, no Choice Bands, healing cards, etc. are listed primarily, when M Tyranitar EX is setup, it will KO most if not all Pokémon in the game after Tapu Koko spreads damage 1-2 times.

Some other Poké-food for thought.

I had the same idea as mr tuxedo here but ill be putting in mega turbos for better energy acceleration cus Ttar is my main but he slower that a slowbros granny
